How to enrol (Years 7 - 12)

This is the front cover of the 2012 enrolment information booklet for the Saturday School of Community Languages. It contains all the information relating to the school and the process of enrolment.

The 2013 enrolment information is now available online.

To enrol in a course in 2013, follow the steps below, noting that new enrolments for Year 10 now must be accompanied by appendix 1 (pdf 441 KB):

 

1.  All new students must complete and submit the 2013 enrolment application (pdf 472 KB) If you are entering Year 7 in 2013, the principal of your high school must sign the form before it is submitted to us for processing. 

 

  • If you are applying to enrol in the Year 11 Heritage Chinese, Japanese or Korean course, then you must also complete appendix 2 (pdf 483 KB).  Please note that enrolments for Year 11 in 2013, including the Heritage courses, are now closed.  

 

2. Once your new enrolment application has been completed and signed by your high school principal, please send it, along with other any other forms and  supporting documentation (if required), to:

Late enrolments in Years 10 and 11 submitted after 22 February 2013 and all new enrolments for Year 12 must also include appendix 1 (pdf 441 KB) and supporting documentation.
